1. Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- The item must not be marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page.
- Proof of purchase is required, such as the order number, receipt, or invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
- Perishable goods or health and hygiene items.
3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Please ensure that you pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Return Shipping
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake made by Startopinn (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost or damaged in transit.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- If you paid by credit card, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Refunds for gift cards will be issued as store credit or a replacement card.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same procedure as for a return. You may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. The shipping cost for the new order will apply.
