1. Final Sale
- Due to the unique and exclusive nature of our artwork, most sales are considered final.
- Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the artwork is received damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.
2. Damaged or Defective Artwork
- If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@startopinn.com or call (620) 221-0496.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photographic evidence.
- Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
3. Not as Described
- If the artwork you receive is significantly different from its online description, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request additional documentation or images to verify the discrepancy, and if confirmed, will arrange a refund or exchange.
4. Return Procedure
- Upon approval of your return request, you may be asked to return the artwork in its original condition and packaging.
- For returns due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or misrepresented item), Startopinn will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you wish to return the artwork due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and any original shipping fees may not be refundable.
5. Processing Time
- Once we receive the returned artwork and confirm its condition, approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Custom or Commissioned Artwork
- Custom or commissioned pieces may have separate terms outlined at the time of purchase.
- Please review those terms carefully, as custom orders may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
